Mikha, 1 week old

Before all my memories fade off, I wish to put every little steps of your life into this diary.

Mikha, 1 week old.

Look at your tiny body, such a cute and lovely creature. I love you so much, and thank God everyday for having you into my life. I had many helps when you were around. Your grandma, your new mbak, your daddy, and your Ii Cory. So spoilt. You bring new blessing into this house..
God reminded me how I love all my babies. God reminded me how tiny babies were. As Kailie has grown to 4 years old, once again, God made me realised the beauty of babyhood.

Mikha, 17 May 2012

Mikha, we welcome you to the family! 17 May 2012. 1 week earlier than expected. Mommy was busy with daily schedules that you had to come out early. God gave you to us, 2.9 kg, delivered smoothly at Kandang Kerbau hospital Singapore. Don't you look like your sister, Kailie? A bit like Yutaka as well. We are so blessed to have you in our life...

Kailie's 4th birthday party

She turned 4 years old, my big girl. I had her party at the club house at my condominium. It was a shared party with one of her friend who had the same December Birthday. We got her a DIY birthday cake, designed by everyone who came to the party. The party was fun, friends from the same condominium came to celebrate together.

And she turned 3 last December! How time flies. Kailie is so mature for her age. She learns fast in everything she does, learning from her big brother. Yutaka was as excited as Kailie when she celebrated her birthday at Sunday School.

As time flies let's enjoy this moment

As Yutaka and Kailie grow, I have just realised that they have become more independent. Today, Yutaka had to rest at home because he had fever yesterday. I brought him along to visit Kailie at school. Since Yutaka's school and Kailie's are different, he was very excited to see his sister's school for the very first time. It was drizzling. Raining season has come in Singapore.
We arrived at Kailie's school and took some picture. Kailie was excited as well and showing off his big brother to her friends. :)
We took off from school and walked along Upper East Coast Road, heading to our favourite Japanese restaurant, Waraku. It has good lunch set menu, and it gives kids toy to occupy their time while waiting for the food to be served. Yutaka and Kailie like the thick Japanese noodle soup there, the hot udon. Though for today, Kailie only ate a little bit of noodle and asked for eel rice bowl instead. (the lunch set comprises one noodle and one rice bowl)

I just realised time has flies and both my kids are more independent now. I am so thankful that I can see them grow day by day and enjoying their laughs and being with me. This time, this moment, can not be repeated.

Kailie's First Luge Ride at Sentosa Island

Kailie is 32 months old now. She is 90 cm tall, and she can enjoy her 1st luge ride together with mommy! Both Yuta and Kailie have to be accompanied by mommy or daddy when they want to ride the luge. Perhaps one more year for Yuta until he can ride the luge by himself! :)
