We have arrived in Singapore!!

After packing 2 days, the Movers will send all our stuffs to Singapore. Mommy throw lots of stuffs when we moved. But strangely, we do still have so many things. Daddy can only shake his head knowing that. Living in US really shows that how people are so consumptive with all stores having sale here and there, especially the branded stuffs.

So now, we have spent time staying at Residence Inn Marriott Richmond for 2 weeks, and now we are here at Goodwood Park Apartment at Orchard Road Singapore. Residence Inn was great because they had 2 bedroom suite, which really suited for our needs last time because Oma was still staying with us. Now Goodwood apartment is great too because it is much luxurious and spacious for our little family. More space for Yuta to move around. But....mommy needs to adjust with the hectic and busy Orchard Road, especially when bringing Yuta and Kailie out for shopping groceries. A lot of walking and staircases now. With high humidity and more cigarrette smoke here and there. Aunty Cory is helping alot though she is a little bit shocked to see the reality of her sister having 2 kids, especially Kailie is still a baby, she cannot walk on her own.

Living is Singapore with excitement as well as worries. We have to walk and take public transport now. It is more difficult compared to when we live in Richmond. In Richmond, mommy can drive to go to places. And the land was spacious and so many greens that we really enjoy taking a walk around our apartment. So, what will we have here in Singapore...We'll see :)

Turning 3 months old

Soon Kailie will be 3 months old (26 March 2008). Now she drools alot sometimes, so it is just perfect time to make use of all her cute bibs that mommy prepared for her.

Kailie likes to put her hand into her mouth

Kailie likes to put her hand into her mouth. Her brother, Yuta, also did the same thing when he was a baby at Kailie's age. Mommy still has Yuta's picture chewing his fist. But Kailie is usally putting her fingers to her mouth, not her fist. Since her fingers are long, sometimes she choked herself with her fingers. When it was Yuta's time, this sucking hand thing did not last long because mommy always tries to take his hand away from his mouth. But with Kailie, since mommy is pretty busy taking care of her hyperactive brother, sometimes mommy forgets to take Kailie's hand from her mouth. Hopefully this thing will pass soon, and mommy really does not want this to be Kailie's habit.

Kailie is mommy's friend at night

Kailie is mommy's companion at night. She will be lying down beside mommy when she is awake for a little while before her long night sleep. She just plays with her feet kicking the air, her cooing sound talking in baby languange andher eyes shining, looking at mommy. Mommy is usually busy with her mails, or checking the new sale at so many net shops. :)
Then, after a while, Kailie's eyes will slowly close her eyes and she will fall asleep by her own... Amazing.....

Mommy's dear friends

It's time to move soon........Feeling sad and relieved mix up in mommy's heart. Sad because we have to leave our precious friends in Richmond, but we are relieved and happy to go back to Singapore too to be closer to our family.

Giving birth and Raising Yuta in Richmond, plus having Kailie born in Richmond just before our move to Singapore are two most special gifts in mommy & daddy's life. We cannot ask for more. We are so grateful and thankful to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

Mommy has been blessed with so many wonderful people that God gave as precious friends. Each of them has special place in mommy's heart...
